NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

- All New Zealand Orders are Shipped within 48 Hours after your order is placed.

- Shipping is with NZ Post and is tracked. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once order is shipped.

- Order delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. However, RURAL deliveries usually takes 1-3 extra working days. 


AUSTRALIA SHIPPING 

- All Orders from Australia are Shipped within 48 Hours after your order is placed.

- Shipping is with DHL EXPRESS and is tracked. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once order is shipped.

- Order delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. However, RURAL deliveries usually takes 1-3 extra working days. 


Delays with shipping are out of our control, and on occasions, your parcel may take longer than the allocated times above. Please let us know if your parcel is delayed, we will try our best to sort it for you.
